About Me

I wholeheartedly believe in the power and benefits of therapy. I am continually in awe of the ability we all have to look inside of ourselves, find answers and promote change in circumstances that previously felt unmanageable.

Why Therapy?

At times when we feel stuck, no matter how hard we try we can keep making the same choices and following old patterns that are no longer working for us. This is when making the decision to get support from someone else can be helpful.

My Style

I provide a compassionate and objective approach in helping you discover the answers you are searching for. We, together, will focus on you, your history and how it relates to the current challenges you face. Through the process of self-awareness we will discover ways that you can make different choices to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.

What to Expect

Sessions are 50 minutes in length. You and I will explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns. Together we will try to understand “why” things aren’t working. I will ask a lot of questions about your history, from childhood on, with the goal of increasing your understanding and acceptance of self. It is my belief that this understanding, or insight, creates the freedom for choice and the room for change.
